Ascent Lifestyle Solutions provides many tools and resources to assist you on your way. During your coaching trial period you will be introduced to and have access to many of our resources.   • NBC-HWC is the national standard and certification for Health & Wellness Coaching. Coaches with this designation have completed the proper training programs and provided services supporting their certification. NBC-HWCs have to pass a board exam to become certified.

    The truth is that anyone can call themselves a “coach”. The NBC-HWC designation should give the participant confidence that they are working with a highly skilled professional that can support their inner-expert.

  • Ascent Lifestyle Solutions adheres to all Federal Laws and Guidance on protecting confidentiality and privacy.

    You will not be asked to divulge information that you are not comfortable sharing. Any participation in groups is voluntary and you discern your level of participation.

  • No catch. It is available to you because we believe in you. We want to give you an opportunity to explore your wellness and experience how coaching can support you.

    At the conclusion of this program, you will be offered continued services at a discounted rate, but we can talk about that later and there is never any obligation.

  • There are none. You choose your level of participation. Your obligations are determined by you. There is a threshold for minimum participation. To get the most from the experience we suggest at minimum:

    1. Engage in at-least one micro-activity per day.

    2. Journal your experience using the provided form.

    3. Participate at 1 individual coaching session per week.

  • Sometimes the best results come from the simplest process. Often it is good to define the result that we are working toward in mentioning how to get there.

    The goal of this experience is to explore your health and wellness. To do this we omit all the expert voices so you can concentrate on listening to the voice of your inner-expert. As you become more in tune with yourself, your inner-expert will begin to influence and guide you toward a vision of health and wellness that works for you.

    As you become your own wellness expert, you will be able to discern what type of goals you want to set and what type of programs and experts can be there to support you. This restores the proper role in the participant/practitioner equation.

  • After 28-Days, you should be in a position where you can hear, listen, and discern from you inner-expert about what the next course of your journey should be. The purpose of this program is to set you up on a lifetime journey of being successful in your wellness mission.

    At the end of this experience, you will have a sense of what direction you want to pursue and how to get there using the resources that are available to you. If the coaching component was particularly useful then we would invite you to continue engaging with that service to support your own success.

    At the end of the challenge, we will debrief the experience so you can have confidence in determining your next steps.
