QPR: Suicide Intervention & Prevention Training (Virtual)
QPR is a national, evidenced-based suicide intervention training. Learn how to recognize the risks and warning signs of suicide, bust myths and misconceptions about suicide, and learn how to have the "Suicide Conversation" with others who may be at risk. Helping someone at risk for suicide is ,more simple than you think. With these skills you will be prepared to help anyone that may be at risk for suicide.
Colorado Brewery Running Series Oktoberfest 5k Runners Group Stretch
30 minute Runner's Stretch Class to warm-up and get ready for the Oktoberfest 5k hosted by Brewery Running Series and Prost Brewing. Class held at our Studio located across the street from the running event.
