Join me, Michael Brand, for a regular discussion on Men's Sexual Health & Wellness. Nearly 70% of men report having unsatisfying sex lives. How can this be?

In this discussion group, we will examine topics that matter to men's sexual health and wellbeing. The environment is casual (BYOB, BYOW). The discussion will be frank. The goal is peak Sexual Health and Wellness.

This event will introduce your Sexual Hierarchy of Needs. Understanding your Sexual Hierarchy of Needs is a key to unlocking sexual satisfaction in your life.

This workshop will give you the tools you need to identify, communicate, and satisfy your needs, wants, and desires in sexual relationships.

Benefits of this workshop include: Improved Relationship Communication, Increased Emotional Intimacy and Connection with Partner; Empowerment of Personal Boundaries, Increased Confidence in Dating and Connecting.

Michael Brand is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Relationship Coach. He has a B.S. in Psychology and is a trained Somatic Practitioner.

Sex and relationships are one of the biggest contributing factors to our vitality. In this session, men learn and discuss how to leverage sex and relationships to increase their quality of life (and the lives of those around them). Refreshments afterwards.

The Tough Guy Garage is a place for men to gather and work on themselves. In these sessions, we will go "Under the Hood" prioritizing sexual health and relationships. We will also visit the "Body Shop" focusing on tools to manage our physical and emotional bodies. Everyone needs a tune up every once in a while, so our "Tune-Up" sessions will focus on other issues facing men today. Garage Sessions begin July 30, 2024.
